Blurring the lines between coffee and fruit juice is this passionfruit co-fermented Colombian, another of Jairo Arcilo's deeply creative experiments. A combined approach of honey processing and 72 hour anaerobic co-fermentation produce an exceptionally distinct cup that's almost overwhelmingly sweet.
