Since September 2023 we've been busy pumping delicious drinks out of our little cafe in the Great Northern right at the heart of Manchester's commercial district. A year later, and after sampling enough coffee to keep us awake forever, we decided brewing alone wasn't enough and that a roastery would be a fine addition to our burgeoning empire, letting us source exactly the coffees we've always wanted to serve and share.

Not ones for resting (probably something to do with all that coffee), we're continuing to grow our offering with our own in house bakery supplying our counter with fresh laminations, brioche and patisserie daily because what goes better with a coffee than a tasty treat?
